Built in our Launceston factory to the highest standards using quality components - all our homes have an energy rating between 6.2 and 6.5, BAL rating 29 and approved snow loading (perfect for Tasmanian highlands) and certified for construction within 1,000m of the ocean.
State-of-the-art Production
We have our own state-of-the-art framing and truss machine to create the steel frames and stud work which means production timelines are not impacted by materials shortages. Our homes are built in our factory - ready for shipping to your site. They offer an innovative alternative to conventional construction methods and minimise waste and environmental impact.
